It’s Halloween week, so I’m bringing you a little bit of a spooky, kinda creepy topic! Today I’m sitting down with Hallie Rubenhold. She’s a British historian who’s work has been adapted into the TV series, “Harlots”, and who’s most recent work re-examines the victims of Jack the Ripper. Is it true that our society values the murderers more than we do the innocent victims?
