Big Monster Brewing – I Don’t Like Belgian Beers

Saying “I don’t like Belgian Beers” is the quickest way to generalize my preference over the entire range of Belgian beer styles. But, like with most things, there’s always an exception. Witbier is that expectation in this case. I enjoy a light, balanced, clean Witbier so much that it’s a beer I brew at least once a season. And in this episode, that is precisely what I’ll be brewing.
