Two cafeteria workers posted opinions on Facebook – on their own time and not on the school district’s page – about a property tax referendum. They were told by Brownsburg Schools that was a violation of the school district’s social media policy, so here’s the lawsuit, courtesy of the ACLU of Indiana.
