What an amazing episode! My guest Star is here to talk to us about the “heroine’s journey”. The heroine’s journey came about in 1990 when Maureen Murdock, a Jungian psychotherapist and a student of Joseph Campbell, published a self-help book called The Heroine’s Journey: Woman’s Quest for Wholeness.
Star has been studying the heroine’s journey through characters such as Jo March from Little Women and Anne Shirley from Anne of Green Gables.
