Episode 104 – On August 18, 1976 two boys found the body of a 5-year-old girl in a duffle bag floating in a waterway between St Catharines and Hamilton, Ontario. That same day, 29-year-old Sandra Rallo and her two children, Jason, 6, and Stephanie, 5, were reported missing by Sandra’s father, Doug Pollington. The evidence pointed directly at Sandra’s husband and father to the children, Hamilton City Hall manager, Jon George Rallo. Although Rallo claimed innocence, the evidence mounted against him, resulting in three charges of first degree murder for the senseless slayings of his family.
