Jeff Kurtti Interview Hello and welcome to The WDW Radio Show – Your Walt Disney World Information Station. I am your host, Lou Mongello, and this is show #221 for the week of May 8, 2011. This week, I want to share an interview and conversation with someone whose work many of us have enjoyed for years. He is Jeff Kurtti, author of more than 25 books on Disney including Since The World Began, the Legends of Disney Imagineering and many of the “Art of…” books as well. He is also the writer/director of numerous documentaries including The Boys, the story of the Sherman Brothers, and many Walt Disney Treasures DVDs. His varied roles at Disney include time at Imagineering and other special projects. He is also the creative director of the Walt Disney Family Museum, so we have so much to cover about his life and times at Disney, the people he’s worked with including Herb Ryman, Dave Smith, Marty Sklar, Randy Bright, X. Atencio, and much more. Whether you are a fan of the parks, books, Imagineering, films or Walt himself, sit down with us we discuss many of our shared passions. Stay tuned for some announcements and more information before your voicemails at the end of the show. So sit back, relax, and enjoy this week’s episode of the WDW Radio Show.
