Today’s episode is all about stopping the judgment of oneself. So many people view burnout as this super negative thing, while i think it’s great. I’m able to think this way because I don’t judge myself for my off days. I didn’t judge myself when my fitness journey got derailed and I fell off the horse because I knew that I would eventually get back on. So many of you over judge your burnout and it’s not okay! You can be off for 360 days of the year but once you start, you’re right back in it!
